The Election Commission has prepared new electoral rolls after a fresh
door-to-door survey
- Check now to avoid disappointment
later at election time.
- Check even if your name was there
at the last election.
- Include your name if it is not on
the list

Draft electoral rolls are on display at your nearest POLLING BOOTH and at the
Assistant Revenue Officer’s office (where you pay your property tax) Until 19
August 2007 only (except on general holidays).
Time: 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM
Special Campaign Days on Sundays - 12th & 19th Aug
You can fill up the relevant forms at the polling booth itself
Form 6 - for inclusion of missing names
· Form 7 - for objection to inclusion of names
· Form 8 - for correction of details
· Form 8B - for deletion of names
**Do not forget to collect an acknowledgement.
Confirm whether the change has been included when the
final rolls are published.
